He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Ethel Smith; and his son Gregory Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sheena Smith; his son Rick Smith (Marie); and his grandchildren, Valerie, Andrew, Abby, Tierney, Kayla and Morgan. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 1380 Spaulding Rd, Dayton, OH 45432.
