She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Wallace and Alma Wallace (McCarty); her husband Oliver Frith; and her siblings, Ronnie, Art Lee, Jerry, Mary and Ethel.

She is survived by: her siblings, Carl Wallace (Anna), Freda Hankus (Tom) and Charles Sigler; her sister-in-law Chris Wallace; and her close friends, Robert and Leon Fields. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Patsy.
