With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patrick M. Duffy (Dayton, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine Duffy; and his parents, Edward Duffy and Therese P. Duffy. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Duffy (Debbie), Terence Joseph Duffy (Dahlia) and Maureen Duffy-Guy (Kevin); his niece Aria Duffy-Guy; his nephew Ian Duffy-Guy; and his in-laws, Laura Snyder (Barth), Don and John Van Leeuwen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
