She was predeceased by: her mother Vivian Shultz. She is survived by: her husband Ray L. Baldwin; her daughter Amy Shrout (Doug); her stepchildren, Ashley Howell (Chase) and Corey Baldwin (Ally); and her siblings, Vickie, Sylvia and Art. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and many other family members.
