She was predeceased by: her father James "Jim" Puterbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Justin Wiggins (Crystal), Nicholas Adam Hudson (Sarah), Richard "Luke" Hudson (Jennifer) and Ashley "Eve" Germano (Pasqualino); her grandchildren, Traviss Luke Wiggins, Annabelle Rose, Kerri Ann Wiggins, Kaylie, Nicholas Hudson Jr., Kylie, Lucas, Callie Hudson, Leonardo "Leo" and Giovanna "Gigi" Germano; her mother Annette Wiggins; and her siblings, Keith, Mark Puterbaugh and Barbara Puterbaugh.
