We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2019, at the age of 86, Ophelia Clements (Dayton, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her children, Janet H. Clements and James P. Clements, Jr.; and her siblings, Jesse J. George Jr., Julius George and Lee Esther Jackson.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley Haslam, Deborah Campbell (Robert), Belinda Wright, Kim Zachery, Jody Clements (Cathi), Tammi Clements, Mona Walton (Harry), Mary Allen (Daniel), Joy Clements, Anthony Clements (Angela), Jason Clements, Jarrod Clements and Shelley Clements; and her siblings, Jacquelyn Woodall (Harold) and Bobby George. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
