With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma June Tobias in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleophas Verlando Moore and Mae Evelyn Moore; her grandchildren, Amy Jo and Nicholas Siehl; and her sister Carol Artz.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Tobias; her children, Debra "Debbie" L. Cummings (Bob), Charlene K. Siehl (Steve), Brian J. Tobias (Karen), Charles "Skip" C. Tobias, Joel A. Tobias (Chris) and Travis R. Tobias (Jeff); her grandchildren, Chris, Nicole, Jenny, Steve, Zach and Kelly; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Noah, Zoey and Eddie; her great great grandchild Lucas; and her sister Judy Laughter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
