She was predeceased by: her parents, Bazil Brown and Ora Watson; her son Robert "Robby" Gillispie; the father of her children Bobby Gillispie; her siblings, Ruby Fryman and Jim Brown; and her pet Felix.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diania Gillispie and Regina Gillispie. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery (8135 N Dixie Dr, Dayton, OH 45414).
