He was predeceased by: his sister Pam Allen; and his mother Clara Louise Allen. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Coy; his daughter Beth Truesdale; his son-in-law Jeff; his sister Peggy Parker; and his nieces, Stephanie Scarcella and Natalie Friedmann (Mike). He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory may be made to the American Heart Association.
