He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol L. Stratton (Shaffer); and his wife Thelma R. (Beam). He is survived by: his children, Dean Stratton (Theresa) of Waymart, PA, Mark Stratton (Cindy) of Dayton, OH, Laura Rowland (Ken) of Honesdale, PA, Jay Stratton (Jess) of Hawley, PA, Janice Snyder (Bill) of Gouldsboro, PA, Judy Spewak of Tuscaloosa, AL and Lee Bender of Waymart, PA; his grandchildren, Kirsten Stratton, Cory Stratton, Ryan Stratton, Brandon Stratton, Angelia Floyd, Stephanie Loscig, Nichole Yannone, Brittany Aleckna, Brandi Stratton, Tyler Pino, Leah Zawisky, Shane Enslin, Kevin Enslin, Billy Snyder, Joshua Snyder, David Spewak and Zachary Spewak; his sister Judith Sabo of Dunnellon, FL; and his aunt Alberta Gaylord of Aldenville. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Maynard's memory to the Aldenville Baptist Church.
