He is survived by: his parents, Jason Conley and Melissa Conley; his brothers, AJ and Zac Conley; his grandparents, Diane Gibson, Jim Fletcher, Anna, Garry Neimic, Lyle and Melody Conley; and his aunts and uncles, Lindsey Perkins (Wes), Ryan Gibson (Cheryl), Amy Niedzwiecki (JB) and Jenny Conley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
