She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Harvey, Sr. and Leona Harvey (Sissler); her husband Frank W. Vandam; her daughter Debra Sue Cassidy; her brothers, Dewey Harvey, Jr., William Harvey and Marion Kenneth Harvey; and her son-in-law Danny Cassidy.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Hall (David), Connie Oroszi (Dennis), Perry Howard (Cathy) and Kathy Pennington; and her grandchildren, Amy Winkelman (Chris), Ashley Pennington (Stephen), Mark Howard (Alison), Justin Kyne (Ryan Foster), Stacie Souza (Chad), Maria Pennington and Daniel Cassidy. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
