She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Amspaugh and Lessie Amspaugh (Warvel); her husband Charles E. Hart; her brother Daniel Amspaugh; and also, Roger Miller and Dean Brewer.

She is survived by: her sisters, Thelma Brewer of Darke County, Danna Miller of Darke County and Iona Amspaugh of Berne, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Rosella Glessner (John) of Greenville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to EverHeart Hospice, 1350 N. Broadway St., Greenville, Ohio 45331.
