She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearlie Cecil and Mae McQuain (McQueen); her siblings, Vance, Freeman, Albert McQuain, Mildred Taylor, Clara Dillinger and Pauline Windon; her husband William Steinmetz Jr.; and her son William Steinmetz III.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Holbert of Bridgeport, WV.; and her children, Margaret Durham of Germantown, Marie Bryant (Larry) of Centerville, Jessica Sannan (Richard) of Germantown, Jim Steinmetz (Sue) of Germantown and Jerry Steinmetz (Peggy) of Germantown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home (5471 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429).
