She is survived by: her sisters, Dale Vaughn, Ann Mabe and Fern Tyler; her children, Cynthia Smith (Carl), Susan Cole (Bobby) and Curtis West (Chantel); her grandchildren, Earl Stephens, Brian Smith, Ben Smith, Bill Flynn, Bobby Flynn, Serenity West and Curtis West; and her great grandchildren, Lilly, CJ, Nicole, Daymien, Chad, Hayden, Ezra and Dominic.
