She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Chudy and Grace Chudy (Lingwall); her husband James Lindsey; and her brothers, Tom and Jim Chudy.
She is survived by: her sister Jeanne LaVoy (Alan); her daughter Cindy Ashforth; her granddaughters, Grace, Natalie and Ryann; her nephews, John and Jeffrey Kenkel; her stepchildren, Wendy Hasenkamp (Ian) and Brian Hasenkamp (Carla); and her stepgrandchildren, Kyle and Elijah.
Donations may be made to the Maricopa County Humane Society, from where she and Bernd adopted two wonderful dogs.
