He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Opal (Smith); his parents, Julia Lee and William; his sister Bonnie Fernandez; his sons, Barry (Shelley) of Beavercreek, Gary (Shelley) of Grove City and Brian (Teah) of Bellbrook; his grandchildren, Nikki (Jeremy), Katie (John-Mark), Brad (Mark), Jake (Evan), Natalee, Brooke (Nick), Maggie, Julia, Hunter, Tristan, Stella and David; and his pet Uggie. He was also cherished by his sons, and supporting his grandkids.

The family asks for the use of Face Masks at both events.
