He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Wheaton and Esther Wheaton; his daughter Patricia Wheaton; his sisters, Barbara Boots (Alan) and Molly Allan (Steve); and his wife Patricia. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
