He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurance Chambers and Dorothy Chambers; and his brother Todd Chambers. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Menard (Philippe), Landon Chambers and Alycia Chambers; his grandchildren, Conner Menard, Cassandra Menard and Carson Eck; his brothers, Tommy Chambers (Julie) and Steven Chambers (Denise); and his cousin Patricia Hutmier Wyatt (John).
