He is survived by: his children, Lori Moodie (David) of Miamisburg, Sharon Maurer (Jonathan) of West Chester and Mark Wade (JoEllen) of Naperville, IL; his grandchildren, Linda Moodie, Jennifer Moodie, Marisa Klan (Justin), Sarah Wade, Adam Wade (Kelly Doran), Noah Maurer, Corie Robbins (Zachary) and Jordan Maurer; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Landon and Sawyer Klan; and his daughter-in-law Julie Wade of Warrenville, IL..
