He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret "Mags" (McCulloch); his grandparents, John, Virgie Kovaleski, Bill, Dorothy Breeze, Thomas and Helen McCulloch; and his uncles, Max and Jim Kovaleski.
He is survived by: his father John "Ken"; his son John Kovaleski (Brittany); his grandchildren, Breaunna and Bristol; his brothers, Kenny Kovaleski and Bill Kovaleski (Holly); his aunt Rita Harris (Bob); his cousin Vicki Lewis (Brian); and his close friend Brent Ramsey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cardaras Funeral Home - Neslonville (46 Fayette St, Nelsonville, OH 45764). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home (46 Fayette St, Nelsonville, OH 45764). A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery (15550 Twp-36, Nelsonville, OH 45764).
