He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou Hicks. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Hicks (Robin) and Larry Wayne Hicks (Jill); and his grandchildren, Janene, Jessica, Justin and Logan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
