He is survived by: his children, Lisa VanDyne (Jeremy), Lori Foster (Rodney), Michael Martin and Madison Martin; his grandchildren, Kaley, Whitney, Ryan, Taylor, Keirstin, Nicholas, Chandler, Ellis, Olivia and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Liam, Noah, Alexis, Aurora and Ozzy; and his siblings, Linda Hufford, Rob Martin (Terri) and Greg Martin (Angie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack's memory may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
