He was predeceased by: his daughter Joy Kay Buegler; his parents, Herman Buegler and Edith Buegler; and his sisters, Nancy Roderer, Shirley Comer and Judy Shaw.
He is survived by: his wife Polly Buegler; his daughters, Darla Hurdle (Vic) and Sharon Hamby (Keith); and his grandchildren, Luke Hamby (Candice), Jason Hamby, Jarrod Hamby (Lyndsey), Kara Hamby (Chris Hampton) and Jessica Smith (Nick). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, furry grandkids, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory may be made to St. Jude's, Shriners Hospital or the Montgomery County Animal Resource Center.
