He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille J. Neu (Batter) and Robert E. Neu; and his brothers, Denny and Nick. He is survived by: his children, Ed (Melissa), Justin (Emily) and Tiffany; and his siblings, Susan, Bob (Marie), Tom (Shawna), Dianne (John), Jim (Betty), Rick (Laura), Ted, Steve, Chris (Debbie) and Scott. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jerry's memory to the Mercy Mission House, 950 Children's Home Road, Sidney, Ohio 45365.
