He was predeceased by: his mother Kimberly Eyler Titus. He is survived by: his wife Kelsi; his daughters, Sutton, Ramsey and Sloane; his father Douglas F. Titus (Veronica Billie Shafer); his sister Christina Thomas (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Jake, Courtney, Mason, Aaron and Tyler; his mother-in-law Mary Colwell; his sister-in-law Lindsay Moore (Casey); and his nephews, Rhett and Corbin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home & Crematory (5555 Philadelphia Dr, Dayton, OH 45415). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 5:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Irish Club (6555 Dog Leg Rd, Dayton, OH 45414).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jason's girls to help with their future education.
