He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Parker and Stella "Marie" Lewis Parker; his wife Peggy Parker (Shannon); his daughter Cynthia Parker; and his brothers, Jerry Parker and Delmar "Doc" Parker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Norman, Carolyn Mobley and Tommy Parker; his daughters, Marcella Drummond and Jammie Helm; his grandchildren, Sarah Miller (Richard), Randilyn Papania (Eamon), Parker Barnett and Kaeleigh McLennan; his great grandchildren, Austin, Makenzie and Emery; and his son-in-law Michael Helm (Jim Kovaleski).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
