It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Abel (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Abel and Georgia M. Abel (Adams); his sister Tina Neff (Herb); and his parents-in-law, Peter G. and Anel Yezulinas (Skupsky).
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Kay"; his sons, Matthew Abel (Jamie) and Kyle Abel (Juliann); his grandchildren, Joanna, Brady, Peter and Tatum; his siblings, Jan Abel, Dianna Mitchell (Mitch) and Scott Abel (Vicki); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Staubs (Philip) and Debbie Thibodeaux (Rene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
