He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Merritt and Dorothy Eleanor Culp. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Culp; his children, Nelson Culp (Alissa), John Culp (Peggy) and Pam Herbert (Gary); his sister Jan Abbott; his granddaughters, Chloe Culp and Bobbi Culp; his great grandchild Walker Gudgell; and his niece Samantha Kane. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (125 N Wilkinson St, Dayton, OH 45402). A reception was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Westminster Church and Daybreak.
