She was predeceased by: her father Burley Miniard, Jr.; her husband Thomas Caldwell; her brothers, Donald Miniard, Bill Miniard (Brenda) and Dale Miniard; her brother-in-law William "Bill" Noggle; her nephew Donny Miniard (Robert Danials); and her great-nephew Jack Danials.

She is survived by: her mother Lena Miniard (Bubnick); her stepchildren, Cindi Seiaman and Kelly Caldwell; her sisters, Shirley Mantell (Michael) of Niceville and Ida Jeanette Miniard-Noggle of Greenville; her sister-in-law Patricia Miniard of Pitsburg, Ohio; her nephews, Richard Miniard (Chasity), Kelly William Miniard, Jason Miniard, Joshua Miniard, Eddie O'Rock and Donnie O'Rock; her niece-in-law Melissa Danials; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper Dalton, Tammy Mantell-Delrosal (Phil), Hailey Delrosal, Myla O'Rock, Alexia Miniard, Courtney Greer (Tyler), Lupuá Miniard, Aaron Miniard (Mallory), Christopher Miniard, Nathan Miniard, Nicholas Danials, Jeremy Danial and Zachary Danials.
