She was predeceased by: her parents, Orban Barnett and Bessie Barnett (Snapp); her former husband Edward Collingsworth; her husband John Height; and her siblings, Ethel Taylor, Thelma Birmingham, Paul Barnett, Chad Barnett and William Barnett.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Gutierrez (Danny) and Randy Collingsworth (Denise); her grandchildren, Brandon Frei (Jenna), Grant Frei and Kayla Frei; her great grandchildren, Gwenyth Frei and Warren Frei; and her sister Rose Castle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tobias Funeral Home (3970 Dayton Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45432). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at the Forest Hills Memorial Park (11890 N Dixie Dr, Tipp City, OH 45371).
