He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Daniel and Lora Ruth Daniel; and his sister Dorothy J. Daniel. He is survived by: his daughters, Megan Boldman (Tyler) and Jessica Poindexter; his grandchildren, Jayden and Kayden Poindexter; his son-in-law Jason (Poindexter); and his siblings, Ruth Ritchie (Tom), Pat Nichols (John), Mitch Daniel (Paula) and Charles "Charlie" Daniel (Lourdes). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
