She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell B. Hines and Viola F. Hines (Suhr); her husband Robert P. Bay; her daughter Amy Holman; her daughter-in-law Vicki Bay; and her siblings, Joyce Hines, Jim Hines (Phyllis) and Marshall Hines (Diana).
She is survived by: her children, Lee Ann Geisler (Steve) of Vandalia, Michael Bay of St. Marys and Christopher Bay of Vandalia; her son-in-law Jerry Holman (Jackie) of Sidney; and her brother Larry Hines (Gracie) of West Virginia. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
