She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry S Cummins and Mable I Cummins (Elmore); her husband Harold Axer; her daughter Carol Ann; and her sister Betty Corron.
She is survived by: her children, Mark (Jude), Judy Rose (John), Christopher (Christine) and Janet Burkardt (David); and her grandchildren, Andrea, Emily, Christopher Jr. and Nicole.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Luke's Catholic Church (1440 N Fairfield Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45432).
