He is survived by: his children, Marney Almy (Britton) of Dayton and Marty Lohmeyer; his grandchildren, Mckenzie of Troy, Sydni, Quinci, Colton, Zachary and Reilly; his great grandchild Amara; his sisters, Ellen Lohmeyer and Louise Burden; and his niece Heather Sharp.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
