He is survived by: his wife Kaye Kelly-Senter; his stepchildren, Cara Anderson (Jeff), Grant Kelly (Mary) and Patrick Kelly (Nicole); his daughters, Rhonda Mills (Andy), Teresa Sanders (Marshal) and Julie Sanders (Ben); and his stepdaughters, Kathy, Chris and Amy. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45432). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
