She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald; her former husband Clyde Balyo; and her brother Winston. She is survived by: her children, Dean Grubbs (Sandy) and Pam Sjodahl (Steve); and her grandsons, Shawn Grubbs and Chris Grubbs.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Carlyle House Employee Fund, Hospice of Dayton, or Centerville Grace church.
