He is survived by: his son Dean Patrick Leadingham; his significant other Pat Needham; his son Pat Leadingham; his daughter-in-law Heather Leadingham; his siblings, Paul Leadingham, David Leadingham, Orland Leadingham, James Pierce, Mary Lou Willaims and Helen Martin; and also Ray.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the American Diabetes Association.
