He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Blair and Ida Blair (Schmidt); and his sisters, Millie, Bertha, Kathryn and Rusty.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Blair (Jody) and Mark Blair (Julie). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Kirkmont Presbyterian Church (3377 Shakertown Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45434). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
