He is survived by: his wife Edna Brummett McQueary; his children, Rhonda Kay Baldwin, Karen Jean McQueary and David Lee McQueary; his grandchildren, Rebecca Barrett Fox, Sarah Barrett Ross, Matthew Barrett, Lily Mai-Belle Wade, Harley Brieann Wade and Dalton Lane McQueary; his great grandchildren, Mae Hazel Barrett Fox, Otha Del Barrett Fox, Saffron Grace Barrett Ross, Ruby Daniel Barrett Ross, Charlotte Lyne Barrett, Eliza Kay Barrett and Braxton Reign Lee Blanton; and his sister Laura Mae Foster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 KY-80, Somerset, KY 42503).
