It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah S. Fulton of Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reubin Cartwright and Mabel Miller (Arden); her stepfather Franklin Miller; her husband Donald Fulton; and her son Joseph Fulton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Reuben Cartwright, Jr. of Brookville, Ohio and Linda Lambert (Joe) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her granddaughters, Breanna Fulton and Madeline Dick. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
