He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Nartker and Margaret Nartker (Bickert); and his brothers, Joe and John. He is survived by: his son Timothy Nartker (Kaitlynn); his grandchildren, Marissa, Ethan, Zander, Evelyn and Emma; and his siblings, Margaret Spang (Peggy), Mary Williams, Susanna Metzger (Sue), Sarah Tallman, Greg, Rev. Michael Nartker S. M., Jim, Paul and Leo Nartker.

A Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Helen Church (5100 Burkhardt Rd, Riverside, OH 45431). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4400 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428).
