Middlekauff (Todd); his stepchildren, David Murphy and Brooke Gillen; his grandchildren, Cooper Glen Middlekauff, Leeya Murphy, Mia Murphy, Alyvia Colvin and Henry Wildenhaus; and his siblings, Paula Griffin (Michael), Carla Daly (John) and Kurtis Shippy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
