He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Engle and Carlene Engle; and his nephew Davin Scarlett. He is survived by: his wife Noreen; his daughters, Amy Cusick (Raymond), Brittany Paulus (Allen), Lindsay Pohlkotte (David), Danielle Engle and Samantha Allen (Justin); his siblings, Kathlene Scarlett and Jerry Engle (Melissa); his grandchildren, Ethan Cusick, Emma Cusick, Danielle Pohlkotte, Aiden Paulus, Noah Engle, Owen Paulus, Lexie Allen, Addison Allen and Easton Paulus; and his close friends, Don and Donrell Crawford. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Cleveland Clinic in David's honor.
