He is survived by: his wife Janet Nice; his children, Susan Nice and Daniel Nice; his children-in-law, Tim Conley and Laura Nice; his grandchildren, Emily Conley, Jennifer Nice and David Nice; and his siblings, Earl, Vern Nice, Patricia Varela and Bonnie Gibson. He is also survived by His extended family includes several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
