He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy H. Neuman and Dorothy M. Neuman (Brozak); and his brothers, Roy C. (Cynthia) and Glen Neuman. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary (Darcy), Lisa (Edward Vlk), John Neuman and Susan Neuman; his son Daniel Neuman (Dina); his grandchildren, Ava and Kye; and his adoptive daughters, Marlene Huslig (Halper) of Texas and Margarvite Halper of Ohio.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Moffitt Cancer Center in Dale's memory.
