He was predeceased by: his parents, Marville Foss and Lucas Foss; and his brothers, Roger, Allen, Dennis and Curtis.

He is survived by: his wife Patti Foss of Hudson, Colorado; and his sister Karen Kappen of Kalispell. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tabor Funeral Service Chapel (75 S 13th Ave, Brighton, CO 80601). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
