It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Janson (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Janson; her sons, Michael and David; her grandchildren, Kyle Quinn, Janson Twins Joshua Eli and Nathan Christopher; her parents, William Duff and Catherine Duff; and her siblings, William Duff and Elizabeth Duff.

She is survived by: her children, Joe (Margie), Bill (Debbie), Brian (Mary-Ann), Leo (Carol), Mary Couch (Victor), Betty Quinn (Ken), Cathy Sears (Jeff), Sean (Kristal), Anna Maria Hall (James), Damien and Maureen Shaffer (Paul); her daughter-in-law Tammy; and her niece Peggy Ward (Hal). She is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

No flowers by request of the family. A donation may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Anthony's Conference, who help feed the less fortunate in the area.
