Tiara Blevins, Active-Duty, Khantel Tigner (Kent State University), Aaliyah Blevins (Old Dominion University) and Khacor Tigner (Ohio State University); her great grandchild Camille Tigner of Norfolk, VA; her stepmother Christine Phillips; her sisters, Teresa Franklin of Dayton, Doretha Malone of Dayton and Danita Phillips of Dayton; and her close friend Bonnie of Dayton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives.
