With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Camilla F. (Grusenmeyer) Schiml (Dayton, Ohio), who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Grusenmeyer and Bertha Grusenmeyer (Thies); her siblings, Rober, Carl Grusenmeyer and June Mohr; and her son-in-law James Roush.
She is survived by: her husband Terence V. Schiml Jr.; her children, Karen Roush, Timothy Schiml (Karen), Barbara Pitstick (James), Suzanne, Anthony Schiml (Kathryn) and Michelle Schiml; her grandchildren, Andrew Schiml, Michael, Matthew Pitstick, Sara, Suzanne, Sophia and Samantha Schiml; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Cole Schiml; and her sisters, Rosina Beachler, Kathleen Marlow and Patricia Shuey (Stanley). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Rosary Church (22 Notre Dame Ave, Dayton, OH 45404). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church (22 Notre Dame Ave, Dayton, OH 45404). A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1625 Calvary Dr, Dayton, OH 45409).
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Camilla's name to Our Lady of the Rosary Church. Donation envelopes will be available at church.
